About us:

• FlyLab Solutions Pvt Ltd is a pioneering DroneTech aggregator platform that connects farmers, drone pilots, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, on-demand drone services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Support employee onboarding by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and maintaining employee records.

• Organize team-building activities and engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.

• Plan and execute HR events and initiatives to boost team morale and collaboration.

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and basic HR documentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and employee engagement strategies is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Additional Requirement:

• Willing to relocate to Nashik and work in a dynamic startup environment.

• Support policy implementation and ensure adherence to HR best practices.
