Job role:
  • FlyLab Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading DroneTech startup in Nashik, is looking for an enthusiastic sales person to join our team, sales team in various capacities,
    including lead generation, customer engagement, and sales administration. This role involves learning and executing sales strategies to meet the
    company's revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand and maintain a strong dealer network by collaborating with fertilizer dealers to establish DroneDekho Centers and enhance marketing outreach.

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor DroneDekho Center operations, ensure smooth service execution, and deploy service channels in new areas.

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting drone spraying services, conducting demonstrations, and achieving set sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the Field Operations Team for seamless service execution, maintain operational records, and provide performance reports to
    management.

  • Analyses market trends, monitor competitors, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance service delivery and increase sales.

Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture or a relevant agriculture-related degree, or a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing within the Fertilizer or Agri Brands sector.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and creative thinking abilities.

  • Not for Freshers.
